Thank you for making a reservation with us. We greatly value our staff, as well as each guest who visits us. We are doing everything we can to keep the safety and health of everyone top of mind. We ask that you adhere to the following State and County guidelines to help us achieve this. We look forward to the pleasure of serving you and your family. 

West Hollywood requires you to be vaccinated against COVID-19 to enter this business.

As of 11/4/2021, The Tower Bar will require proof of full vaccination for members and guests ages 18 and older.

Proof of vaccination may include:

• CDC Vaccination Card (or photo/copy) or similar documentation issued by another foreign governmental jurisdiction.
  

• Documentation of vaccination from a healthcare provider
  

• Personal digital COVID-19 vaccine record issued by the State of California (available at myvaccinerecord.cdph.ca.gov)

Please let us know if you are exempt due to disability and will need accommodations.

Vaccine verification is required per West Hollywood Emergency Executive Order No. 2021-7 and Resolution No. 21-5444.
