Your Sunset Tower Family is here to serve and support you during these trying times. We are continually following the guidance of the Centers for Disease Control to ensure a safe and clean environment for our guests and staff amid the Covid-19 crisis.
WE HAVE TEMPORARILY AMENDED THE FOLLOWING SERVICES & AMENITIES UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE:
Consult the dining page for current restaurant hours and services.
The Pool is open for guest use.
The Fitness Center is open for outdoor workouts and is available to guests 24 hours a day 7 days a week.
The Spa is open with limited operating hours and reduced capacity.
Housekeeping Services are limited to linen & toiletry replenishment. There is no turn down service.
Rooms will sit vacant once a guest checks out for at least 24 hours before the housekeeping staff enters to clean.
Valet Parking is available from 6am-2am at a daily rate of $49 + tax.
Complimentary face masks are provided.
Flexible 24 hour cancellation policy (formerly 48 hours for full refund).
WE HAVE IMPLEMENTED THE UTMOST SANITIZATION STANDARDS AND SAFETY MEASURES THROUGHOUT THE PROPERTY, INCLUDING:
Face masks required for staff and guests at all times in public spaces, except when dining or using the pool.
Social distancing guidelines throughout the property, including limiting elevator capacity to four guests or one family at a time.
Extra sanitization and care in guest rooms, including removal of high touch materials such as throw pillows, sealed bags for pens and remote controls, personal PPE kits for guest use. Copper film on high touch points throughout the property.
Added sanitization steps at the restaurant include the use of hospital grade cleaning products, plexiglass dividers between tables to limit contact between guests, contactless menus for all meals accessible via QR code.
